Program Outline:

First Visit: $100 + $200
(First visit only - Subsequent vistis are only $200)
$100 only for the first visit - which will cover for the
- 1)Consultation and examination by MD
- 2) Basic Blood work
- (If you sign up and pay 6 months upfront this is waived)
$200 goes towards the complete set of medications for that first month.
Subsequent Monthly Visit $200
Which Includes:
- Follow up evaluation by M.D and further recommendations.
- Complete Set of Medications and instructions for one month given. (Price of Medications included)
If you are paying weekly, then will be dispensed medications weekly and seen by MD once a month.
Optional: Every 12 months - additional evaluation with extensive blood works and Echocardigram, EKG and Ultrasound of the Liver - $500. This is to ensure your safety with medication use.
